TOKO APPROVAL Mr. W. H. Were presided at tlie meeting of Toko ratepayers held in the Coronation Ilall on Thursday afternoon, when Messrs Newton King (i:hairinan) and J. MwCluggage, of the New Plymouth Harbor Board, detailed fully the contemplated improvements in the harbor scheme. By the aid of the map, he explained how the work was to be con-' ducted 1u sections.
