ALLEGED BREACH OP AS 'AWAW, By Telegraph.—Preas Association. Wellington, Lfst Night. , In the Arbitration Court tp-day, tt Inspector of Awards proceeded againsb Qharles Solwuer, licensee of the Grand Hotel, on a charge of a breach of the hotel workers' award, in failing to allow three employees a week's holiday on full pay within three months of tha completion of a year's service. It was stated m evidence that defendant took over tli? hotel lftst Idfty, and th? employees in question had then curved within a few weeks of a year since the coining into force of the award: Tha inspector contended that as the employees had served a year in the hotel, defendant took over the balance of liability as regards holiday* Mr. Justice Stringer said it wjg quite clear there had not been a breach of the award, and dismissed the charge.'
