As will be seen by advertisement on the first page, members of the New Plymouth Harbor Board will address ratepayers on the proposed harbor improvements to-morrow (Friday) afternoon at the Coronation Hall, Toko. To those who appreciate keen prices and are on the look-out for best value in i seful goods, we can strongly recommend a visit to the jewellery and fancy goods store of Mr C. E. James. The shelves are lined with very attractive and natty articles that appeal to ladies particularly. Now is the time to purchase that hand-bag, bangle, bracelet, etc. The smoker also will find the choicest brands cf tobacco, cigars, etc., offering here.— (Advt.)
