GENERAL CABLES.
CLEVELAND RAILWAY DISASTER. New York, Oct. 4. The Cleveland disaster was caused by numbers of munition workers dismounting from a train before it stopped. They crowded the track and an incoming express dashed into them in a fog, killing 26 instantly and injuring most of the remainder.
