A'TERRIHC PANIC. AUSTRIANS OBSESSED WITH THE DESIRE FOR PEACE. New York, Oct. 2. The New York World's Zurich correspondent learns that the Bulgarian peace move caused a terrific panic on the Budapest Bourse, many important failures occurring before closing. On Saturday the Vienna Bourses, reflecting the panicky feeling from Budapest, showed erratic movements, causing serious bankruptcies. The Hungarians are convinced that King Ferdinand will now devote himself entirely to the Allies, leaving Hungary exposed to Bulgaria and Russia, with the Magyar army in Albania endangered by the Allied operations. The Austrian's seem obsessed with the desire for peace. The Viennese are expressing great sympathy with the Bulgarians who signed the armistice.—Aus. N.. Cable Assoc. Berne, Oct. 2.

The Bulgarian surrender has created an enormous impression in Austria, and a great ferment in Boihemia, and among the Slavs. The Emperor is constantly in consultation with his advisers, and the burgomasters of Vienna, Budapest, Prague, and Trieste have issued proclamations urging the population to preserve calm—Aus. N.Z. Cable Assoc. London, Oct. 2.

The Berliner Tageblatt states that all the Prussian Ministers, and Secretaries of State have tendered their resignations.—Aus. N.. Cable Assoc.
