lAST WEEK'S RETURNS. The returns from the New Plymouth tramways for the week ended Sunday last show an increase over those for the corresponding week of last year, when the passengers carried totalled 23,850 and the revenue earned amounted to £lO3 15s 3d. Following are the details of last week's returns:—
