SOUTH TARANAKI TOURNAMENT.: By Telegraph.—Press Association. Hamilton', Last Night. In the semi-finals of the South Auckland golf tournament L. Siefert (Palmerston North) beat M. Wells (Cambridge), 5 tip and 4, and R. George (Maungakiekie) beat '.P. Seifert (Hamilton)' p and 7. In the final, 36 holes, George ended the first round 18 two up, and in the second round increased the lead at the fifteenth hole to 4 up with three to play, thus winning from L. Seifert. The semi-final of the New Plymouth Golf Club's championship was played last Saturday' when W. H. Robertson defeated F. S. Johns. The final will be played next week between W. H. Robertson and Qi Gudgeon. To-day a medal match; will be played at the Waiwakaiho links.
