PRISONERS* PARCELS NOT DELIVERED. Received Sept. 24, 10.15 p.m. London, Sept. 23. in consequence of British representations, the Netherlands Minister at Constantinople is sending inspectors to the Turkish prison camps to investigate complaints of non-delivery of parcel?.
