BAKU EVACUATED. ARMENIANS ACT TREACHEROUSLY. ; New York, Sept. 19. The Turks claim to have captured Baku. London, Sept. 19. The British evacuated Baku, owing to Armenian failure to co-operate with ttiem. The British evacuated Baku in the middle of September, after severe fighting.
