Stewart submitted plans, a report and recommendations in conniption witl} the proposed extensions to racing track and the purchase of additional property. Mr Forsyth and the secretary wrt> empowered'to complete purchase of adjoining property from Mr Campbell on terms as arranged. Mr J. Le Henrys was appointed handicapper, Mr A. Morse, starter: Mr D. Markham, clerk of scales; and Mr G. Ncwsham. clerk of course.
Messrs Forsyth, Richards. Barr and Brown were appointed a grounds committee.
