WELLINGTON BY-ELECTION. •uorj'jioossy sboij—apJuiSapx Wellington, Sept. 7. _ Labor has decided to contest the Wellington Central seat, which is vacant through Mr. Fletcher's death. Organisations affiliated with the Labor .Representation Committee are being invited to nominate a candidate. Mr. P. J. O'Regan states that the announcement that he is likely to be a candidate was not authorised by him.
