Sydney, September 7 Impediment has been scratched for the Epsom and Metropolitan Handicaps. A preliminary meeting of blood borse breeder* was convened to protect their interests It was decided to hold a conference of Australian and New Zealand breeders during the spring. The meeting recommended the provisional organisation of a Blood Horse Breeders' Association of Australia, and New Zealand, to be formed ivith the object of promoting (he development and improvement of the blood horse in both countries, membership to be open to persons owning one or more animals registered in the Australasian or Eng-■U-|i stmi books—Aus.-N.Z.
