A TERRIBLE RESULT (POSSIBLE. , Received Sept. 8, 5.5 p.m. Stockholm, Sept. 7, Ransoine, the well-known pro-BoWie-vik correspondent of the Daily News, writing from Petrograd, states that the Moscow paper Pravda gives details of" the search of the British Eiribassy, which resulted in the death of Commander Cromie and three searchers. The Pravda asserts that 40 were arrested at the Embassy, including Prince Shakovs'koi, an extreme eonnter-revo? lutior.ary. Mr Ransome says that the Prince's presence was quite enough to justify the Soviet's suspicions that some sort of dealings were going on with the antiSoviet parties. It is evident the Soviet secret service had something to' go on. Unless carefully handled by Both sides, this tragic affair, may have a> terrible result in mutual reprisals.
