RISING OF FARMERS. GERMANS ATTACKED AND Kn./>ffl& Received iSept. 6, 7.35 p.m London, Sept. 5. Roumanian despatches,state that the agricultural classes have openly revolted. The trouble is spreading rapidly, a number of German requisitioning agents being killed. An armed mob near Bucharest attacked a train transport, killed the military escort, and seized the grain.—Reuter.
