BEKNSTORFF'S PROPAGANDA METHODS. New York, Sept. 2. The Deputy-Attorney-General, Mr. Becker, Federal investigator of German propaganda in the United States, says Count Bernstorff was the sole owner of the pro-German weekly paper Fair Play in 1915 and 1910. He bought the paper for 10,000 dollars and used prominent New York and Cleveland stockbrokers as dummy owners.—Aus. N.Z. Cable Assoc.
