BOWLING.
STRATFORD OLUB. The Stratford Bowling Club lias detided to join with others in tlic movement being made to recognise Dr. Pagct's services to tbe town and district. A recommendation )3 to be made to the Taranaki Bowling Centre to institute a sealed handicap championship in connection with the championship meeting. A holly hedge is to he planted on the east side of the club's {frecn. Air- II Wilson has been elected a member of the club.
