COTTON BOYCOTT OF ENEMY. London, August 27. The Liverpool Cotton Association has adopted a by-law boycotting the enemy for ten years after the war.—Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assoc. INTERNMENT OF ALIENS. London, August 27. The Home Office officials have subdivided unnaturalised Germans into eight categories. It is stated that it is not j-roposed to intern any over 55, unless their record is bad. The remainder are liable, hut actually only a small proportion are of internable age. Drastic interment is improbable. The alleged j thousands of • uninterned aliens do not I exist. —Aus.-N.Z.
