POSTAL PASSENGER SERVICE. BETWEEN SPAIN AND AMERICA. i Received Aug. 28, 7.25 p.m. New York, Aug. 27. The Spanish Cabinet is considering an aerial postal passenger service between Spain and the United States. A large shipping company is prepared to finance the project, which provides for the manufacture of airships capable of carrying forty passengers and making the journey in two and a half days. The passengers will be charged 400 dollars a trip ress Assoc. THE ATTACK ON MANNHEIM. EVERY BOMB HITS A TARGET. Received Aug. 28, 11.25 p.m. London, Aug. 28. The Air Ministry reports that the attack on Mannheim on the night of August 25-28 was delivered at a height of 200 feet, the pilots just avoiding the chimneys and the intense barrage over the housetops.
