Over a thousand nieii and women employed on the London tube railways discussed equal pay for equal work, and passed a resolution in favor of an immediate strike. They will probably come out to-day. A number of women train cleaners and porters on the Great Western Railway have struck, demanding equal pay for equal work. The Railway Clerks Union threaten to strike for recognition.—Press Assoc.
