HANDSOME DONATION.
£BOOO FOR MEDICAL SCHOOL. By Telegraph—Press Association. Dunedin, August 20. . The University Council, at its meeting to-day, received a donation of £BOOO to found a chair in connection with the Medical School. The council decided to record warm thanks to-the nameless donor, and the question of the purpose to which the donation should be devoted was referred to the Medical Committee.
