CARDIFF. (From Our Own Correspondent.) The severe frosts following upon an exceptionally inclement winter, have paused a dearth of feed in this district, and with so many cows coming in the shortage of feed may have a 'bad effect on (lie milk yield l throughout the coming seasonThe contractors for the factory have made good progreS3 of late, tut more lhan a month must elapse before it will be ready for use. In the meantime many of tlic local farmers will lose much time in going further afield with tlieir milk.
