MISSING MAN'S BODY POUND. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Otaki, August 17. The body of Frank Walker, who disappeared on July 10th, was found yesterday in the Waitohu stream. It is surmised tlint while Walker was attempting to get over a fence at tiie bridge he fell into the stream which is deep there and was caught under a snag. BOY SHOT BY COMPANION. Auckland, Last Night. A boy, 12 years of age, named Leonard Hamilton Cavanagli, was fatally shot at Otalmhu yesterday afternoon. It is stated that deceased, with a younger brother, met three other boys, two of whom were carrying guns, and one of these _f aged 15 years), put his gun to his shoulder and pointed at deceased. The gun went off, the full charge of shot lodging in Cavanagh's body near the heart, death being instantaneous.
