ITALIAN PRISONERS RETURNING HOME. Milan, August IC. An Italian regiment which has arrived at Vladivostock consists of men from the unredeemed provinces .who were taken prisoner by the Russians and interned at Kirsanoff. They began their pilgrimage eastward in January hoping to reach Italy. They reched Pekin and Tientsin where they fitted out for Siberia.—Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn. GERMAN METHODS IN RUSSIA. London, August 16. A Kieff message states that the Germans are arresting workmen in masses, especially railway employees, and sending them to concentration camps at Beret and Byela.—Times.
