MALE CHOIR CONCERT.
SECOND P^aSTOfRMANCIB, There was another large attendaHMi at ' ' the Gwd Templar Ball lost night for the second perforinknce of the Male Choir of its first concert programme for the current reason. The items given were practically identical -with those of tie first night. As is usually the way on suc-h occasions, the jtooir numbers Went with more freedom the second time of giving, and judging by the applaose ftnct the encores demanded the audience thoroughly appreciated everything presented. The assisting artists Were again given enthusiastic receptions, and the recalls demanded were readily acceded to.
Prior to the conclusion of the programme the conductor (Mr P. Vf. Q. Mcleod) expressed the fchaKk* of the ohoir for the patronage accorded them and for the appreciated manner in wtfch their work had been received. He Uifced that those who were not subscribing members of tbo. society should become such, as the interests of the oaute of music which the ctioir was. seeking* to promote.
