COUNTY OF TARANAKI., MOA MERGER.; W E the undersigned hereby respectfully request the Ratepayers of the Moa Riding to be present at a public meeting to be held in the Parish Hall, Inglewood, on SATURDAY NEXT, the 10th instant, at 1.30 p.m., when an address will be given on the advantages to be derived by merging the Moa Road District and dealing with the following essentials for sound local government: A. Simplicity of form and method, by abolishing the present antiquated system of duplication and dual-control. B. Efficiency as regards local and district needs by a united action in all matters affecting the welfare of the ratepayers C. Economy of administration by effecting a saving to the County of £I3OO per annum £720 of which will directly benefit the Moa Riding.
