Seholes, £SB 4a 7d (costs £4 Gs); Christopher Carter (Mr. J. H. Quilliarn) v. T. Conroy, £8 7s 9A (costs 23* 6d) ■ In the following judgment summons cases, orders were made as follows:— Ngatai Perereka, to pay Atiria Te Kohuhoka (Mr. S. Fitzherbert) the sum of £84 16s, in default six weeks' imprisonment; ,Tames Medford to pay tlie Maoriland. Dairy Oo!. (Mr. A. ,H. Johnstone) tlie sum, of £7 03 €d, in .default eight. days' imprisonment; John Win. I-Titles, to pay Julia Gall and Robert Clinton Hughes (Mr. R. C. Hughes) the sum of £10.2s 10's, in.default fourteen days' imprisonment.
