'BERLIN CAN BE BOMBED. New York, July 29. General Branckner added: "It is certain that the British will be able to bomb Berlin next spring. Huge numbers of airplanes are still required before a great Allied offensive is undertaken. "Britain lacks capacity for engine production at present, therefore it depends on the United States. As the latter has Tia*n unable to spare Liberty motors a lajge portion of the British air offensive has been delayed seriously. It is quite feasible to deliver planes by transAtlantic flights."—Aus.
