GERMAN BARBARITY. _____ . / London, July 29. Thar Paris correspondent of the Daily Cttrmicle states that the German authorities organised an imposing pleasure party on the famous Belgian spot where 700 innocent Belgian women and children were slaughtered on August 22, 1914.

The party included an official lecturer, who spoke in the graveyard and ended by shouting "(lory to the Kaiser." The purpose of die gathering apparently was to persuade the Belgians of the kindliness of the German people and the fact that it was neceßsary to invade Belgium in order to prevent the denstatiim' of the 'Fatherland.—Aus.
