THE REINFORCEMENTS By Telegraph.—Press Association. Wellington, July 29. The November reinforcements draft is uow being filled, and, at the reduced rat.; of despatch which will bo the rule when these have gone into cflnip, it is probable (states the Dominion) that not all the men lately called in the ballot will be required to complete the November draft. As there is a. cretainty that the .'December draft will be dropped and possibly also tho January draft, the remainder of the men may not be required till February. '
