ON THE SEA.
*JUX DEVILRY. London, July 28. A submarine on the east coast attacked British and Belgian trawlers, took the crews on her deck, and suddenly submerged, leaving the sailors to die. Three British and one Belgian were drowned. The British skipper relates that a submarine opened firo with a machine-gun. The Germans boardecf his vessel, ransacked tho trawler, and blew her up. They then captured a Belgia utrawler, placed the crews on the submarine's deck and, when a British patrol boat was sighted, the submarine submerged without warning, leaving tho fishermen to their fate.
