GREAT VICTORY CELEBRATED. New York, July IS. The church bells and the city hall bell rang in celebration of Ameriea"s hrst great victory in the war. All the factory whistles blew, and veseslg in the harbor likewise. Crowds in the streats clamored to buy the extra editions of the newspapers.
