ITALIANS WELCOMED IN ALBANIA. London, July 22. Mr. Ward Trice slates that the Italians* booiy in Albania includes all sorts of mechanical equipment, light railway lines .<tnd aerial cableways, which are of extreme value in a country of primitive transportation.
