Received July 21, 5.40 p.m. New York, July 20When Ykaterinburg, the capital of the Red Urals, was threatened recently by the advancing Czecho-Slovaks seeking to liberate the Czar, the president of the Ural Regional Council decided to shoot the Czar, and that decision was carried out on July 15, the Empress and her son being placed in safety.—Press Assoc.
