tarnA BULGARIAN DEMAND. Received July 21, 5.5 p.m. Copenhagen, July 19. The Berlin Tuski Tidendes states that the Agrarians and Moderate Socialists ?n Bulgaria are demanding the abolition of the treaty with Greece, in view of Bulgaria incorporating Drama, Serffes, and Kavala. It also states that the Bulgarian Premier intends to offer Turkey a free hand in the Caucasus in return for Bulgaria incorporating the Dobrudja.— Press Assoc.
