The Department of Justice has seized the Transatlantic .Trust Company and also arrested the president of the company and three leading Austro-Hungari-ans, pending investigation into their activity. One man arrested is Guidd ven Steer, a former member of the Austrian ■ Cabinet. The company's banking deposits amount to seven millions, which will be safeguarded. 1400,000 AMERICANS IN FRANCE. .
