FALL OF BASTILLE. AN IMPOSING CELEBRATION. Received July 15, 7.50 p.nn' Paris, July 14. The city is en fete for the celebration of the fall of the Bastille. Huge crowds witnessed a parade of Allied troops, including a Czecho-Slovak detachment, before iPresident Poincare.— (Press Assoc. MESSAGE TO FRANCE. FROM BRITISH ARMY. Received July 15, 11.40 p.m. London, July 15. The Press Bureau Btate3 that Sjr Douglas Haig sent the following message to President Poincaire: ''On the occasion of your national anniversary, I take pleasure in expressing, on behalf of the British armies in France, our devoted admiration for the magnificent French Army, and the rallying of the free nations in the past year in the" fight for civilisation, and the closer cohesion of the Allies' military forces, afford an assurance of victory."—Aus.
