MILITARY SERVICE BOARD.
PROSECUTION OF APPELLANT ORDERED. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Christchurch, Last Night. At a sitting of the First Canterbury Military Service Board at Rangiora today, the adjourned*appeal of Ernest Fredrio Ward, farmer, Waipara, was dismissed, and the chairman (Mr. J. S. Evans, S.M.) ordered that he be prosecuted on a charge of forgery, in that he (stated Mr. Evans) deliberately misled the board.
