THE MIRBACH MURDER. VIOLENT SPEECH OF UKRAINIAN DELEGATE. Received July 12, 5.5 p.m. Stockholm, July 11. Russian newspaper reports of the Soviet Congress of the 4th July, show that Count Mirbach wa s present when the Ukrainian delegate, in a violent speech, protested against the Government's toleration of Count Mirbach. The Social Revolutionaries cheered the remark, shouting, "Down with the Brest-Litovsk treaty. Down with Mirbach!" and finally withdrew as a protest.—Press Assoc TERRORISTS' PLOT. TO WIPE OUT GERMAN'S, BOLSHEVIKS ALLIED WITH GERMANY. Washington, July 11. Mr. Sbaplen, United Press Stockholm correspondent, says tho assassination of Count Mirbach is only the first step in a Russian terrorist plot to wipe out the whole German military clique- The plot includes sending emissaries to Germany to assassinate the Kaiser, Ludendorff, Hindenbtirg, and Kuhlmann. It is believed the Bolsheviks have formed a definite alliance with Germany against the Entente and internal Russian opposition. There are evidences that other parties are uniting with the Mensheviks against the .Bolsheviks,— Aus -N.Z. Cable Assoc. REVOLUTIONARIES AT BAY. A THEATRE BARRICADED. Received July 12, 5.5 p.m. Amsterdam, July 31. A Berlin message states that the members of committee of the Social Revolutionaries, including Count Mirbach's murderers, are defending themselves in the municipal theatre at Moscow, which is strongly barricaded.—JPress Assoc. KORNILOFF'S PROCLAMATION. READY WITH A LARGE FORCE. Received July 12, 7.35 p.m. London, July 11. An undated telegram from Moscow states that General Korniloff has issued a proclamation declaring his willingness to acknowledge the power of the Soviet and command an army against the Germans, and also to negotiate for Allied assistance against Germany. General Korniloff states lie is near Rostoff with a large force, and asks tihe population of the Don district to accept as a friend.—Press Assoc. AN AUTONOMOUS SIBERIA. AIM OF NEW GOVERNMENT. Received July 12, 5.5 p.m. Tokio, July 11. A member of the new Siberian Government, interviewed, said that the Government aimed at the establishment of a Russian republic with an autonomous Siberia. It intended to repudiate the Brest-Litovsk treaty, rehabilitate the army, and fight the Germans. It would acknowledge the national debt, assuming responsibility for Siberia's share Press Assoc.
