ON THE SEA.

DESTROYERS AND TORPEDOERS. ACTION OFF BELGIAN COAST. Received June 30, 11.20 p.m. London, June 2d. The Admiralty reports that four British destroyera, patrolling the Belgian coast on the evening of June 28, sighted eight enemy torpedoers. The British 'steamed full speed on an easterly course, engaging the enemy at long range, the action lasting fifteen minutes. Three more torpedoers joined the enemy, whereupon the British fell back upon their supports. The enemy did not follow, and the action was broken off.
