UNDER THE GERMAN HEELReceived June 28, 2.40 p.m. Rotterdam, June 27. The Dutch Government, yielding to German demands, has agreed to ask Germany for a safe conduct for every outgoing Dutch ship which is granted only when ships of similar tonnage are coir, ing into Holland. The passenger lists and manifests must be submitted for German approval.—Reuter.
