EXPORT Q(F RABBITS AND SKINS By Telegraph.—Press Association. Dunedin, Last Night. A deputation of ralbtyt exporters wait" cd on Sir James Allen to-day represent* ing the urgency of sending H'ome a quantity of rabbits now in store. So far, only about 15 per cent, of the 1817 pack has been shipped, and the loss to exporters on stocks held was over £SOO a week. The deputation also'urged that preference should be given in shipping these goods. Stocks in hand equalled, roughly, 8000 freight carcases, th« exporters suffering increasing indebtedness to the storage companies and twaks daily Exporters are not buying this season, and there is little hope of them doing go.
