IMPERIAL CONFERENCE.

GERMAN TRADE AFTER THE WAR Received June 27, 11.45 p.m. London, June 26. The Imperial Conference disposed oi the question of German trade after the war. The Dominion representatives were supporting Mr. Hughes in the need for strong legislative action, the "British Ministers concurring. A resolution embodying Mr. Hughes' policy was adopted. The Conference agreed that each part of the Empire should have a free hand in enacting its policy. The Irish question has not yet been discussed. It is still doubtful if it will be brought up. The Dominion representatives will visit Versailles shortly and meet.thq Allied statesmen.—United Service.
