TIUEAXAKI SOUDIEKiS RETURN. A largo contingent of invalidej soldiers returned to Now Zealand by transports 105 and 106, amongst them being a number of Taranaki wen, who arrived by the mail train on Saturday. His Worship the Ma.yor_(>Mi\ C. H. Burgess) and tho deputy-chairman of the Patriotic Committee (Mr. J. W. Chancy) welcomed tho men who camo to New Ply* mouth. Following are the names of the men who arriral on Saturday:— X-ew Plymouth—Captain F. Hartnell, Privates A. J- Hutchins, A S). Kie-kle-ben, Barrett, and H. Layman, and Riflema n T. R. Eva, Waitara—Rifleman R. 0. V. Jennina. Inglewood—Driver W. Campbell: Eltham —Privates C. Borohart, S, Groves, and A. Sulliras. Stratford —Privates V. Burns, E. Pti>ton. J. Orr, and A.. P. Walsh. Waitotara —Private P. Burke. Normanby—Privates F. Gibson and 13, Norman. Hawera—Privates C. O'Neill, Syme, Walker, Bragshaw, Edwards, Harding. Patea—Privates 0. Jansen and M. MTCenna. ' Waverley—Private F. Jeffery. Wangamomona—lPrivate D. Efarman.
