GOLF.
The flrst Saturday round of the Stan dish Cup competition will be played on the Walrcakaiho links to-day, under slmilaT conditions to last year, ie., match play on bogey handicaps. Players, unless on same handicaps, allow opponents the difference between their handicaps, and play on that basis. Each round will be drawn separately. The following is the draw for the flrst round: J. Austin, 12, plays D. Hutchen. 12; P. S. Johns, 3, plays T. P. Anderson, 18; G. Grey, 7, plays J. Pnton, 11; A. Bewley, 4, plays D. Smyth, 15; Brown, 15, plays Milne, 15; B. R. Bloxam, 13, plays R. \T D. Robertson, 11; H. H. Sharpe, 11, and W. H. Robertshaw, 4, byes. Next Thursday tho inter-club match with Witiora will be played on the WUiwakaiho links. Members wishing to play in this match are requested to notify the captain, Mr. Johns, today.
