RUSSIAN FLEET TO GO TO SEBASTOPOL. Received June 15, 1.20 ajs. London, June 14. Wireless Russian official: In compliance with Germany's demand, all Russian warships at Novorossusk have been ordered to be transferred to Sebaatopol, Germany promising not to use them before the conclusion of a general peace, and then toreturn them to Russia. COUNTER-REVOLUTIONARY PLOT. OVERTHROWING THE SOVIETS. Received June 14, 8.6 p.m. Mosaow, June 13. It is semi-officially declared that the counter-revolutionary plot includes bothMinimalists and Monarchists, the latter favoring the restoration of the monarchy by an understanding -with Germany, the Minimalists wishing a resumption of the alliances with the Western Powers. Notwithstanding the divergence in their views, both parties have agreed on a common platform to overthrow the Soviets. The central figures in the plot are Generals Dooguert and Savinkoff. The .plot aims at the isolation of Che Ural region from central Russia, compelling ■the Soviets to capitulate owing to lack of supplies.
