GRMSBFUL TRIBUTE TO BRITISH COLONIES. Received June 14, 8.5 p.m. Paris, June 13. The newspaper Eclair, commenting on the Imperial War Cabinc-t meeting, says that everyone in France appreciates the heroism and devoted assistance which tbe British colonies have given in the war. The French people, accordingly, anurfmoasly approve such new measures as may be adopted with a view to giving further force and importance to this assistance.—Times Service.
