General Sliaw has issued a "proclamation threatening to make Limerick and Tipperary counties special military areas, unless the illegal drilling and other military activities cease. The Guardian's Limerick correspondent states that a union was summoned to court for alleged unlawful assembly in a board-room and adopting a resolution to incite to sedition.
