ARREST OF A SPY. HEAD OF A GERMAN GANG. Received May 28, B.IS p.m. Paris, May 27. Bollinger, the head of a gang of German spies working with women behind the lines in France, has been arrested In Switzerland. Bollinger was imprisoned in 1914 in Belgium, when the plans of Antwerp and Liege fortifications were found in his bags, but was subsequently liberated.—Times Service.
