AGREEMENT WITH AMERICA. Received May 28, 7.10 p.m. Copenhagen, May 27. An agreement between Norway and the United States covenants that Norwegian firms be expunged from the Allies' black lists and the control of Norway's imports be left to the Norwegian authorities, who will furnish the' Ameri. can Minister with the necessary statistice. Norway will get 200,000 tons more fodder and 30,000 tons more vegetable oil than last winter, and, in return, increases her nitrate export to the Allies. —United Press.
