HIGH COMMISSIONER'S MARKET REPORT. The Department of Agriculture, Industries and Commerce has received the following cable, dated London, May 25, from the High Commissioner for New Zealand: Meat.—lmported represents 80 per cent, of supplies at the market, including large quantity American pork, maximum price, Is 4d. Butter.—Small supply Danish and Irish available; stocks accumulating; releases limited. Cheese.—Only small quantities can be obtained for consumption by civilian population. Estimated Canadian cheese stocks (London, Liverpool, Bristol), 8043 boxes, against 9148 boxes at same time last year. New Zealand stocks, 11.447 Hemp.—Market and prices are without change. _ Wheat and Oats.—Markets are inactive, owing to the absence of Government offers.
